A Bit About Me
With a dynamic background that spans military intelligence, marketing leadership, and operations strategy, I bring a unique, disciplined approach to helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. I served nine years in the U.S. Army National Guard, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan, before transitioning into the private sector where I led brand, growth, and go-to-market initiatives for both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups — including mission-driven financial services focused on expanding access to lending for underserved communities.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State and an Executive MBA from Cleveland State, and I’m proud to be part of the Conrad Mortgage team, where I combine strategic insight with personal care to guide clients into their next home.
Outside of work, you’ll find me kayaking, whipping up something from scratch in the kitchen, planning my next international adventure, or spending time with my rescue dog, Auggie. I’ve fostered, donated, and volunteered with rescues and shelters for many years — it’s a passion that grounds me and reminds me why “home” matters.
