I am happy and excited to  be a part of The Conrad Team with Cornerstone First Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Originator!

 

I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and have obtained a license in mortgage lending since 2014.  Aside from lending, I have also  facilitated more than a thousand loan signings with different title companies.  This allows me to be well-versed in loan documents, thereby making it easier to explain to borrowers.  Moreover, I also have comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in sales and negotiations.   Prior to this, I have had nine years of banking experience, and had been a Small Business Specialist with Bank of America.

Aside from English, I also speak Mandarin and Tagalog.   I get an annual background screening done to show my consistent impeccable record, both locally in my state and nationally.  This, I would consider, is my most relevant achievement.  Afterall, it is of utmost importance that clients who are looking to make the biggest investment of their lives can safely trust the Loan Officer with whom they have chosen to do their loan.

 

Beyond the contracts, phone calls, and closings, I am someone who brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a personal touch to everything I do -  because loans and real estate is not just about property.  IT IS ABOUT PEOPLE!   And people like to have meals together, or sing karaoke and dance at get-togethers, or perhaps go shopping too.  The connection that brings warmth and camaraderie, is the very same passion that makes people want to apply for loans to buy that dream house!
