A Bit About Me
My career path has been anything but traditional and that is what makes it valuable. I have built and led sales teams across multiple industries including telecommunications, security, and hospitality. In each role I took on pilot programs, trained high performing teams, and scaled operations in fast paced environments.

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art. That foundation sharpened my problem solving and creative communication skills. What began as an unexpected pivot into sales during the pandemic grew into a career-long specialty of developing people, building systems, and turning ideas into results.
As Sales Enablement Manager at Conrad Mortgage, my focus is on empowering our team with the tools, strategies, and confidence to perform at their best. I take pride in being a builder and a communicator who knows how to bridge the gap between vision and execution.

Outside of work, I stay connected to my creative roots through painting and design. I also enjoy discovering new food experiences and spending time exploring films and television.
