Emma Shaw is the Branch Operations Manager at Conrad Mortgage, supporting the internal operations that keep the branch running smoothly day to day. She handles lead intake and internal coordination, helping ensure inquiries are directed to the right loan officer or department and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Emma works closely with leadership and loan officers to turn ideas into action. She supports onboarding, task organization, and team coordination, helping create clarity around priorities, processes, and expectations as the business grows.

With a background in sales management and design, Emma brings a strong sense of structure, efficiency, and presentation to the team. She helps identify gaps in workflows, builds systems to improve them, and contributes to training, internal resources, marketing materials, and event planning.
