Brian Shapiro is a Non-QM Business Development Representative at Conrad Mortgage, based in Bay Village, Ohio. He works closely with real estate investors, homeowners, and internal loan officers to support Non-QM financing strategies for acquisitions, refinancing, and development projects.

With more than 18 years of experience across real estate investment, marketing, construction coordination, and client representation, Brian brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to complex lending scenarios. He specializes in helping investors understand how Non-QM products work, identifying creative deal structures, and ensuring clients have a clear grasp of the options available to them before moving forward.

 

Brian is known for anticipating challenges early, spotting overlooked opportunities, and maintaining fast, proactive communication throughout the process. Internally, he works closely with leadership and licensed loan officers to support deal structure, client education, and overall execution, helping ensure transactions are positioned correctly from the start.

Outside of work, Brian spends most of his time with his wife and two young children. Whether they’re riding bikes, building snow forts, exploring the outdoors, or relaxing at the beach, family time is a central part of his life.
