Load bottom of to-go container with waffle fries. Scoop onto it the warmed
brown gravy mixture and add pepper. Sprinkle with a handful of cheese curds.
CHEF TODD’S FAMOUS CLAM CHOWDER POUTINE
Load bottom of to-go container with waffle fries. Scoop onto it Chef Todd’s
famous Clam Chowder. Add black pepper to the top and its ready to be served.
TRUFFEL AND PARM WAFFLE FRIES
Take a to go container and fill it with fires, drizzle with olive oil and then toss in
parmesan cheese, salt, rosemary and sprinkle with parsley.

CHILI CHEESE WAFFLE FRIES
Take a to go container and fill it with fires. Top with warmed Wagyu Cleveland
Chili and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese
