Butter the outside of the ciabatta bread and place in pan to warm. Slice thebread in half and smear mustard on both insides. Add 4 pieced of ham to thebottom piece, two pieces of Swiss cheese, and top with pickles. Press on flattopto achieve marks.

CHEF JACKSON’S NAAN WITH ROASTED RED PEPPER AND ARTICKOHKES

Take a flatbread naan and smear the roasted red pepper puree on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and toss on artichokes. Bake in oven till golden brown and toss on arugula drizzled in olive oil. Also brush the outside of naan with olive oil.

CHEF TODD’S FAMOUS CLAM CHOWDER

Fill a to go bowl up with warmed up Chef Todd’s Clam Chowder and add parsley to the top of it. Place lid on it and it is ready to be served.

WAGYU CLEVELAND CHILI WITH SHREDDED CHEESE

Fill a to go bowl up with warmed chili and place shredded cheese on top. Close the container and it is ready to go.
