The recipes on how to make our Gourmet Burgers
Mortgage Chef Original Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. Once
browned take and smear the top of the inside bun with Mortgage Chef aioli and
add THREE pickles. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix on
both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun, add ONE
slice of American cheese, and caramelized onions. Place the top bun on and it’s
ready to serve!
Blue Flame Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. To the top bun add THREE pickles. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mixon both top and bottom and grill to medium. Once the burger is cooked add red hot sauce to cover it. Place burner on bottom bun, add blue cheese coleslaw on top and then cover with top bun.
Crispy Cheese Curd Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. To the top bun add THREE pickles. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mixon both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun once finished cooking, add 4-5 cheese curds to pan and melt till they are golden brown on one side. Place caramelized onions on burger and then add the cheese curds to the top. Place top bun
The Crumble Blue & Arugula Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. Once browned take and smear the top of the inside bun with Mortgage Chef aioli and add THREE pickles. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix on both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun, add blue cheese to top of burger and finish it with a few leaves of arugula. Place a top bun on it and its ready to be served.
Cuyahoga Sunrise With Egg and Avocado
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. Once browned take and smear top of the inside bun with Mortgage Chef aioli and add sliced avocados. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix on both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun, add ONE slice of American cheese, then an over-easy egg with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Place the top bun on and it’s ready to serve!
The Hot Dog Heaven Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. Add BBQ Sauce to both top and bottom of the inside bun. To the top bun add THREE pickles. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix on both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun, add ONE slice of American cheese, and a scoop full of pulled pork. Drizzle BBQ Sauce to the pulled pork. Place top bun on it and its ready to be served.
Rockin' Buckeye Chili Burger
Take a brioche bun and butter both sides place in pan to crisp insides. Season burger with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix on both top and bottom and grill to medium. Place burger on bottom bun, add ONE slice of American cheese, and a scoop full of Wagyu Cleveland Chili. Place a top bun on it and its ready to be served.
