Cleveland Crispy Chicken Classic
Take raw piece of chicken, sprinkle with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix and dip it in buttermilk. Once chicken is coated, place in adobo and flour mixture and cover completely. Place chicken into fryer and cook until chicken is golden brown. On a brioche bun smear Mortgage Chef Aioli on the top bun, place three pickles on it and once the chicken is finished place on bottom bun. Ready to serve.
Chef Todd's Finger Lickin' BBQ Chicken

Take raw piece of chicken, sprinkle with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix anddip it in buttermilk. Once chicken is coated, place in adobo and flour mixture,and cover completely. Place chicken into fryer and cook until chicken is goldenbrown.On a brioche bun smear the inside of the bun with mayonnaise and add 1oz ofkimchi to the top. Place the fried chicken on bottom half bun and drizzle withKorean sauce. Ready to serve.

Take raw piece of chicken, sprinkle with Mortgage Chef Signature Spice Mix and dip it in buttermilk. Once chicken is coated, place in adobo and flour mixture and cover completely. Place chicken into fryer and cook until chicken is golden brown. Take a piece of ciabatta bread and slice it in half. Marinate the inside of the bread with marinara sauce both the top and bottom. To the bottom half of the bread add the fried chicken, layer on to TWO pieces of mozzarella cheese and then the top of the ciabatta bread. Place on press until the cheese is melted. Remove and it is ready to be served.

On a brioche bun place three pickles on the top half and then add blue cheese coleslaw. Once the chicken is finished place on the bottom half of the bun and drizzle with more red hot sauce. Ready to serve.
